What we do
Change management
We help you understand the real impact of change initiatives on you and your people, and what you need to do to embed the change. We develop programmes and activities that make the change journey clear, and which acknowledge the emotions along the way. We ask: ‘What is the real change journey this organisation or work group has to make? How do we plan it to achieve the desired result? How do we need to manage ourselves to achieve the task? What activities do we nee to create to make this happen?’
Internal communications
We create and deliver internal communications programmes that tell people what they really need to know. We work within existing programmes to make them sharper. Years of experience have taught us that the only way to achieve anything significant is to start at the sharp end. So we begin with the questions of the person on the ground: ‘What do I need to know to help me get my job done, and to make sense of what I’m experiencing in this organisation right now?’
Coaching
We work one-to-one with individuals, or with small groups. We help the coachee or group manage themselves and their colleagues to achieve their objectives. We also run workshops, clinics and learning sets for individuals and work groups experiencing deep change, or whom need a new sense of purpose or vision. We address issues above and below the surface, and help our clients understand what actually needs addressing and will deliver results.
Facilitation
We facilitate groups to achieve specific tasks. We write up outputs to build understanding and engagement. We keep everyone focused on the big picture and what needs to be accomplished. We understand and work with the emotional and unconscious processes in play around the achievement of the task.
